Silent Drive AAS-114 Using provided mechanical geometry to exhibit the quality through assembly using Cinema 4D. Client: Silent Drive Inc. Website: silentdrive.com Services: Motion Design, Animation The goal of this project was, using suspension geometry (AAS-114) provided by Silent Drive, to show the quality inherent in Silent Drive’s manufacturing and assembly process. I used Cinema 4D to add realistic textures, shadows, and reflections. Then I animated the assembly and composited in highlights/details about the suspension and what application it is best suited for. This piece was largely a personal exploration and experimentation with a side goal of maybe generating more of this work from a long-time graphic design and web design freelance customer.
